The EMS Training Center has oversight of all clinical training in the Virginia Beach Emergency Response System.
Any member of the organization who wishes to conduct an EMS training event must submit an EMS Training Course Request Form within 90 days of the requested course date, to initiate a course evaluation process for approval from the Operational Medical Director. This course request process is required for all clinical training events originating outside of the EMS Training Center by anyone operating within or under the authority of Virginia Beach EMS.
